Terrible Ride I got myself into.

<p>Good Day, I have purchased this product from the above mensioned organization, The product came faulty and looked re-used, I took the liberty of speaking to one of the service guys there telling them what had happened, gave them the benefit of the dought that the product might have been fine but got damaged on it's way here. I was ***igned a lady called Lauren Buhn, who then appologized and promised to give me a full refund on Apr 28th, I had to ask her again on May 3rd about it, and said to me the refund will take a day or two - please refer to the image attached, today is the 10th, and I'm tired of consistently fighting for what is mine, It is my first time purchasing anything through this side and I'm furous at the guy who recommended me to go there, I got nothing against the company, please keep on selling your faulty products, just refund me my money like you promised and stop toying with me i'm not a child, should I ask today about it, I'll expect what, that the money will reflect in hours?, What of integrity?, bad service is one thing, but an empty promise from a company who gives us their WORD that they will deliver to us, is more than just a lie because we buy here from the worth of word, nothing ensure's us that I'll have my product at my doorstep, nothing at all but your word. Please give me my money and let us part ways.</p>
