Terrible Return Process - OneDayOnly

Its been 3 weeks since i logged my return with OneDayOnly. I ordered a side table that needed to be assembled. Upon assembling, it was noticed that there was a factory fault and thus the return. However there seems to be no urgency to get my matter resolved and money refunded.

I am very disappointed with OneDayOnly service in this regard. I am put off from purchasing from them again.

All you get from them is standard responses to your queries, there is no human interaction. Its rather frustrating.
