Terrible quality products and horrible service

I’ve been buying from these guys for a while now, disappointed after being disappointed and giving them other chances. I’ve been received horrible products, the stuff that I can’t even use, lying around the house as a waste of money and evidence of having been ****med because of the lack of information. I bought some things and sent home, and after realizing that the products that I had bought were of inferior quality and I was completely unsatisfied with them, I then started auditing my recent orders. There were orders I didn’t get to see physically, the ones I had them delivered straight to home. When I phoned at home to find out about these products I was shocked that these were in worst state than the ones that I had with me, the things were completely unusable. I then logged a return ticket, and I was told that I couldn’t return them as they have a 7 days return policy. I feel these online shops should be regulated, they are completely out of line, they do false advertising, they mislead and de***** poor consumers. The product you see on the picture is not the same product you get, you get sold dreams, the product you get is of very inferior quality, and the description of the product does not match the product you get as I said you get sold dreams and exhorbitant. You can’t buy these products as a gift for someone otherwise you will be utterly disappointed.
