Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service. I ordered on the 28th of May, I knew it would only be able to be delivered from 1 June. We are now on the 18th June and still no delivery. Yet a friend of mine received the same order last week. I have also sent mails and gone through their contact us pages, sent 2 emails to their customer service and no call back?? Just upsetting as they gladly take your money but their execution is ********** for an online company.
