Terrible Customer Service

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING AROUND CHRISTMAS TIME!!! I ordered shoes as a Christmas present and they were too big. OneDayOnly refused to refund or swop them for a different size due to their 7 day return policy! as this was a Christmas present, i ordered them long before Christmas day but couldn't get my dad to try them on because it was a present!!!! Unwilling to help at all! I will no longer use their services.
