Terrible Customer Service and No Response!

I had previously ordered some items from OneDayOnly, 6 items in total. I only received 3 items. I sent a query and and Lee responded saying the courier received P1 and P3 but P2 was not received on their end.

I provided all the information they required multiple times and then just radio silence. No one responds and they won't assist in resolving this issue. I have asked for either my goods or a refund but to no avail.

I can understand now why they don't have a contact number as it's easier to just fob you off on email.
