Terrible customer service

<p>I order a product from onedayonly on the 17 December, initially I was told it would be the in 7 to 10 working days, after it had not arrived I emailed the customer service department to enquire where it was and was told I would receive delivery by the end of the week. This was on the 6 January and I have still not received delivery. I have tried several times to contact customer service again but have received no reply, this is truly disappointing service!! </p> <p> </p>
