Terrible customer service

If I could give no rating I would. I ordered good from them on the 23rd of November when the order finally arrived only half the good were delivered. When I contacted them to inquire they said everything is delivered which it was not I have the box with me which they delivered the good in, what was missing from the order is 12 stemless wine glasses. The size of the box they delivered the other goods in is 15,5cm deep and 23cm wide, the good they did deliver in the box are both 19,5cm x 7,5cm in dimension so multiple that but two and tell me how they delivered 12 wine glasses in that size box as well????

The worse service ever, I have one more pending order with them once that arrives I will never use them again.

Worse service ever no one will speak to you on the phone, all email say we are glad your query is solved even though I keep saying it is not!
