TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your service is terrible. I will never buy anything from you. I have been waiting for the parcel which shows on the system that it is being delivered today. When i called DSV they are asking me for details of the parcel, which is still sitting in Johannesburg. I NEED A REFUND AND CANCELLATION. you never respond to messages. You have no contact to follow up. First time purchasing from you and NEVER AGAIN!!! I keep sending whatsapp no response, no messages sent to update on the progress. I overpaid and have also been waiting for the refund no response to whatsapps, no customer no. Terrible.
