Terrible after-sales

Terrible, terrible service. For a return on 3 items, they took weeks to collect (and this only after I bugged them endlessly to do so). Since then they have collected, but only refunded two of the three items and still don’t see / understand what is missing. On top of this , they have already deducted the collection fee twice - despite the goods being collected in one go by one courier.
