Terrible after purchase Customer care

<p>I have had such an awful time with returning a bin I ordered from ONEDAYONLY. They advertise themselves as so wonderful and so user friendly - until you buy something. Once they have your money taht's it -no after sales service at all. They also do not have any email addresses or phone numbers shown online or available anywhere to contact them. You email an automated system that never responds to your query. Very very poor service. They have my bin, which after many emails and searching the web for a contact email address or phone number, I had to drive and deliver half hour away. Since then no refund and no explanation. Well zero contact anyway. They owe me over R1000. 00. </p> <p>If you buy from them be sure to keep what you order....returning anything is just a nightmare!</p> <p> </p>
