Taking this **** out of a person!!!

I am highly disappointed in a company that I've never had issues with other than the fact that they do not offer free shipping when one makes a purchase for a substantial amount. I've made my peace with the fact that I have to pay the delivery fee since, and have loved purchasing from them. I received an order today which doesn't fit, and so had to log a return. To my disgust, after having to pay R179 for shipping, I have now been informed that I have to pay R59 for the item to be collected. ****************!!!! I'm done, keep all your lovely deals. You've lost me as a shopper.
