TAKES MONEY BUT NO PRODUCT - FAILS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS

<p>I used my Discovery Miles to pay for a product. The payment failed on their website yet they've deducted the amount from my Miles. So now, I've effectively paid for something, which I haven't received or have any sort of indication that I will. I've sent 2 emails to get clarification and help, but have yet to receive any sort of feedback. It some circles this is called ********. Horrible customer service.</p>
