Take over 30 days to deliver and Customer Service only leave automated responses

<p>Ordered a gift for a child. 2 weeks past and only then recieved automated mail saying haven't forgotten about my order. I sent 3 emails thereafter over a 3 week period stating that delivery was more than their service promise of "10 days". I requested my money back and have not heard a word from them. Then a courier phones me about 5 weeks later to say they have the item... I tell him its too late and to ask them to call me and NO response. </p> <p>I post on social media as there is no contact centre and no way of alerting them that I think there is a problem. Frustrating and unprofessional</p>
