Take it or leave it

We ordered a I phone7 in Dec on ***. Our granddaughter opened her gift on Xmas night. 1st problem the packaging was for a10 not a7. The a7 was in the box. We all left on holiday and all attempts to charge the phone failed. Let one day only know not much of response but they let iPhone know. The phone was collected and the remark was that because it was a parallel import there was no guarantee. 3 days later we received a curt message from one day only that there was no more stock and our money would be returned no attempts at a compromise. We would happily have met them half way on a more expensive phone which they were still promoting last week. All attempts to to get the marketing directors email have been fruitless I have copies of all the messages I have sent. Surely when you sell items you are duty bound to back up your promises. Nett result no xmas gift still for my granddaughter and no response from the marketing director. There take it or leave it attitude socks.
