System Doesn't work and no refund

We bought some very expensive speakers from OneDayOnly which don't work. We've been trying to get them to collect and give us a refund. None of my emails are being rep**** to and there isn't a number you can phone to speak to someone. They're quick to take your money but not so much when it comes to getting a refund!
