Still advertising, but no service from OneDayOnly

I have often bought from OneDayOnly and up until now have been happy with their service. Our order for a StrohBerry Amsterdam Wall Mounted Plasma Floating Feature was confirmed on the 28th of November. The expected delivery date was the 12th of December. I have been asking for an update on our order since the 12th of November, but I only receive the automated response with the request reference number.
