Step it up, Once Day Only!!!!!!!!

This morning I’ve received a text message from OneDayOnly informing me that I should expect delivery of my parcel TODAY (4 Feb.) (see attached).

However, the on-line tracking info states that delivery will occur on 5 Feb. (tomorrow) (see attached)

This inconsistency and confusing communication is frustrating, highly unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Even more so since I have provided feedback on this exact matter less than 2 weeks ago when a parcel, allocated and scheduled for delivery, was removed from the courier truck without rhyme or reason!

On that particular matter, I am STILL awaiting feedback, even after it was promised over and over again.

Get your act together, OneDayOnly and Courier It!!!!!!!!!
