Stay away from these ****mers

I purchased a cooler and it was generous in size, used it twice for carrying lunch and noticed on the second time that the carry handle was torn. Sent pictures to them asking for advice, they told me to log a return and that they would pick up the faulty product at no cost to me since it is a quality issue. Lo and behold, they tell me that no fault was found and refunded me R40 out of R158. They tell me that the R100 gift card (not free code but actual gift voucher that was paid for) I got and used is nonrefundable. I resent the pictures and Anwyn still insists that there is no fault here. Stay away from this nasty company!
