Some of the worst service and no accountability.

Bought three different sets of schott zwiesel wine glasses. Wine glasses came with defects including fog in the glass and bubbles within the glass. The fact that it has taken over a month and a half to receive a response is completely unacceptable.

Now, to add insult to injury, I'm informed that the product is out of stock, and the proposed solution is a refund. This is not only *********** but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

I demanded an immediate resolution to this matter. You need to rectify the situation by either restocking the product or providing an adequate alternative. A mere refund does not compensate for the time and effort wasted on a defective product.

Your lack of efficiency and customer care is appalling. I expected a swift response and a satisfactory resolution. Failure to address this promptly will force me to escalate the matter further.

This is utterly unacceptable
