Sold me a used coffee machine

Purchased a coffee machine from these people. The machine arrived after 2 weeks. It had clearly been used before. There is mould growing in it, coffee grounds stuck every where. After contacting support 3 times and waiting another 2 weeks, there has been no progress. They have not made any contact from their side or resolved anything. <br> <br> This is by far the worst online shopping experience in SA.
