So, so disappointed with ONE DAY ONLY!

One Day Only has great deals! BUT when THEY incorrectly send you the wrong product, it is NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of someone! One can ONLY communicate via email, and everytime they ask for the barcode and reference number and I STILL sit with the incorrect product!! Wish they had a call center so that these types of issues can be sorted out faster!! Rather spend a bit more money and buy from a place which has a call centre which one can contact instead of having this trouble!
