So disappointed

After ordering and paying for my product the accounts department could not find my payment (although I used the reference they advised) and they canceled my order. 5 days later when they found my payment all the stock had been allocated and they could not honour my purchase. I am disappointed to say the least as this was my Christmas gift. I will not risk paying for another product on OneDayOnly again.
