Slow delivery and poor customer service

Have used One Day Only a few times in the past.

They really need to work on the shipping side, It is very rare to have anything arrive with in the 5 - 10 working days after placing orders, likewise when you ask about what is happening with your order they do not provide much information and are bad at getting back to you. So if you order from them give yourself at least 3 weeks.
