Shockingly poor service

I ordered two items from them which I collected from a Pargo point on 11th July. Upon opening the parcels I found that they had sent me type C phone charging cables, instead of Micro USB for my iPhone, as ordered. On the 12th I sent them an e-mail & since then I have I have sent 2 more e-mails & all I get is their automated e-mails saying someone will get back to me. I urgently need the correct cables & the incorrect ones collected & I can’t even phone them as no phone numbers are given. Absolutely shocking service!
