Shocking & Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a product, and it arrived damaged. Since then, dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They are quick to take your money but completely *********** when it comes to resolving issues.

I’ve tried to log a return, but they keep giving me the runaround, ignoring my emails, and wasting my time. Weeks go by, and instead of addressing the problem, they ask for more photos and information—only to ignore everything I send. This is a blatant display of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers.

Their so-called “customer service” is a joke. They clearly have no intention of resolving issues or providing refunds. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be ****med and left frustrated.
