Shocking service Tasneem L

I purchased a vacuum and robot vacuum for Black Friday. The item was advertised as also having a mopping facility. When I received the item, it did not actually have the mop option AND the robot vacuum didnt charge at all. I was then told they would have to take both items back and refund. The collection for the items was only done mid-Jan and I am yet to receive my refund. To add insult to injury, the consultant I dealed with Tasneem L was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no concern for my frustration or the dreadful service.

Never again!!!!
