Shocking service - no delivery

<p>I placed an order on the 29th October and have yet to receive it...</p> <p>i got a call 2 weeks ago and they promised delivery at the latest last week... </p> <p>and notthing</p> <p>i keep emailing them and get no answer...::</p> <p>So frustrating as there is no number to call them on.....</p>
