Shocking service from OneDayOnly

Shocking service !! I bought and paid for two himalayan salt lamps on 22 July. Package arrived on 2 August. One of the lamps damaged intransit. I have already sent three emails together with photos showing the damaged lamp with the severe crack right down the middle to the other side. I have had no response from customer service at all ! This is shocking and unacceptable. I have bought from the company on previous occasions, but the service I am receiving this time around is just slack and unacceptable. I am truly disappointed and will think long and hard before ordering from them again. This is sad because I have been trying to support local businesses.
