Shocking service delivery

One day only delivered an Android TV box to my premises. The unit did not work and they collected it. 4 weeks after collection they have informed me that it is still at their site and has not been sent to the supplier for replacement. No way to actually get hold of them as all their contact numbers just ring. What a joke. Seems like it is one month only service
