Shocking service and communication

<p>I placed my order and paid for two items on 15/12/2016. I recieved the first item 3 weeks later. They state 5-10 working days. The second item has yet to appear. I have sent two emails requesting information about my purchase and where it is and if I'll ever get it??? No reply. No contact number. I will be laying a case of ***** and consider this theft as I have spent over R6000 with this of a company. I don't mind waiting for something if there is a problem or delay but JUST TELL ME!!!!!!</p>
