Shocking service

The 12th of December I bought 3 gifts on OneDayOnly totaling 12k. I was informed that due to Christmas time being on us soon, it may take more time. Understandable, it is a crazy time. 7 working days later, I was informed that only 2 of the gifts were sent because the 3rd one has not been received at the warehouse yet. One normal times it takes 3-5 days for a courier from JHB to reach us. long story short, it is the 30th of December, and still I have not received any of items. I logged a return on all the items and was told that until all the items are with them again, I will not receive any refund. Even though the items are not yet outbound and heading to me, It is still at the couriers depot. Best of all, I will be paying the courier fee as well. This is not the first time I have had issues with them. Out of the 5 times I ordered from them, one package was on time, actually a day or 2 early. This is the last time I will support them. If you have a month to wait for your packages then by all means buy from them because the deals are good. But if you expect your stuff on time, maybe a day or 2 late, then don't even try
