Shocking returns service

I bought two dog beds on the 26th of May. My order was shipped on the 29th of May. By the time I eventually received the dogs beds, about 7 days later, I wasn’t happy with the product as they were not as advertised.

I logged a return on the 8th of June. I just wasn’t happy with the quality of the product, and I explained this. After a very lengthy process (they require photos, a testimonial, etc. as to why you are returning the item)… more waiting… more back and forth… apparently they’re talking to the supplier… some more waiting… and then eventually the supplier said that they will collect the item from me for assessment - this was on the 30th of June.

My return was then collected on the 3rd of JULY!!! …almost a month since I logged the return.

I have followed up countless times and the standard response is that OneDayOnly are waiting for feedback from the supplier.

Surely this is not fair, and nor in line with the CPA?? Why is the consumers problem that the store I bought from can’t process the return.

I have waited almost two months and there is still no resolution.

Absolutely pathetic.

Simply amazing service 😂👌 top notch! Would totally never recommend.
