Shocking return service

Once again it is impossible to log a return or for anyone to have the decency to get back to you, and there isn't a number you can phone either. It's been over a week and still nothing. It's ridiculous. Don't operate a business that you cannot support on every level. Returns is a basic function of online shopping! Clearly not for this company!
