Shocking response to poor product representation and refund/exchange/voucher...still waiting

Ordered a man's shirt from the company. Very poor representation of the product on the site, in relation to the delivered product! Sent an email about a refund/exchange, received a computer generated response and 2 weeks later, still waiting for response from Customer Services. Never again will I order from this site again!
