Shocking payment system

<p>Hi there </p> <p> </p> <p>I completed a transaction using my cheque card then using my credit card. </p> <p>Both transactions came off my account but on your website it said no payment received and the product requested cancelled. </p> <p> </p> <p>You have no contact details other than an email address that you do not reply on !!!!!</p> <p> </p>
