SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCUSES

PUBLIC BEWARE ,they are not the reliable company they were a year ago.What an utmost disappointment ,I have done business with Onedayonly for the past 5years ,and never have I had the excuses so much regarding an incorrect delivery to be returned and credited as now. Bought a dark laptop bag ,it arrived as Tan ,which I immediately called and logged for return ,but Keagan keeps giving me the runaround and excuses.

DONT USE ONEDAY ONLY RATHER GO TO TAKEALOT ,THEY DO IMMEDIATE CREDIT AND RETURNS.
