Shocking Afterservice from Onedayonly

I bought what was supposed to be a new iPhone X- i got delivery and set up the phone. I noticed that the battery life was very poor so I took it in to an IStore for a diagnostic test . They told me that the phone was originally bought in September 2019 that it had been refurbished and that the battery was finished- this after having the phone for 2 weeks. Now I have to return it to Onedayonly so that it can be sent to the supplier to check and will take another 2 weeks to resolve. I am extremely disappointed with this outcome - i think the supplier has committed a ***** by selling me a "new" phone when it clearly has been refurbished. Onedayonly should be sending me a new phone immediately. Customers should be aware of this issue which is very serious indeed. I would seriously not recommend anyone buying anything from Onedayonly- I certainly wont be doing so in the future
