SERVICE, What is that... defiantely not their motto!!!!!!

<p>I ordered 3 items from One Day only in the beginning of December 2016. I received one item a few days before Christmas. To date I have not received the other two items. I sent countless e-mails requesting my money back or delivery of my goods. The only ****py replies that I get is that either they on weekend staff and an operator will get back to me on the Monday , Or that they are super loaded handling the Christmas orders, or to Check my packaging properly from the item that I did receive.. What pathetic service... they dont have a contact number because they know that they will be overload with complaints about their pathetic service. I will not leave this as is . I will be taking the matter further with legal action. AND I will tell everyone that buys from One Day only NOT to use them.. they are a bunch of *******!!!!!</p>
