********** service is leaving me sick!

I am in total disbelief at the appalling experience of making purchases off One Day Only. I purchased an Ecovac N8 pro for a very high price but on delivery the device didn't work. I logged a return the same day, and over 15 business days later, the consultant, Ayanda keeps telling me that there is nothing that they can do about it. Since you took my money, I demand that you do something about it!!! I am so traumatized by this back and forth and constant disappointment. When I tell people about my experience, they immediately Unsubscribe from their newsletters and delete the app.
