Service is dreadful

I received a faulty robotic vacuum from one day only so I have tried to contact one day only to return it but no one gets back to you. The log a return button on the app does nothing, I sent them an e mail and have sent comments on Facebook with no reply. I feel like they have ****** my money because I can't even use the item I purchased
