Service failure

I placed an order on the 22.02.2019. On the 04.03.2019 I followed up and was told they would get back to be. Yesterday I received a waybill number, I tried tracking it and couldn't pick up anything. I called this morning and was told it hasn't even left onedayonly warehouse, thus it will only be delivered next week. This is truly unacceptable and poor service. I am really disappointed as this was a gift.
