Serious Delayed Responses

I have logged a faulty product with onedayonly on the 10th of December 2019. It has now been well over a month, heading towards two months and still no resolution on my query. Onedayonly only responds via email and it's majority of the times three days appart. Tired of these delayed queries and lack of resolution. Please resolve my issue onedayonly! #769621
