Sent wrong product. Changed product image after purchase.

Ordered a product on One Day Only. I knew what it was. The image was the product i was looking for. However that was not the product i received. They 100% changed the product image at some stage. As i know what I was looking for. I would never had order it otherwise. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I cant say much about their customer service... as there is none... they don't even have a phone number. Never trust a website that has no number. Their email just responds with a generic response every few days. You will never get a response. Ive come to terms with the fact I will ne be able to get this resolved. So the whole thing was a waste of time. Wait another several weeks to get the right product or refund. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE... never again. And trust me if you just google the product you looking for you will get it at a very close or cheaper price anyway. With quicker shipping.
