Selling second hand goods to people

I bought a Google mini speaker. I was empreswith delivery service. BUT Firstly, there was a hole in the material looked like used one. I switch it on and a foreign language I think it's Spanish and the struggle begin I tried to connect to the rest of Google system didn't it says belong some other person. I waisted so much money andd so dissaponted. Tried so many times I used YouTube maybe I am doing it wrong. My bought me another speaker from takealot it took me 2minutes to set up. I tried to complain there is no option as well.
