Seems you will get assistance Onedayonly

I have been ordering from ODO almost weekly for the past 3 years. I always receive my parcels at my home address. Recently they changed courier companies to DPD lazer and that is where the problems started.

My latest parcel has been missing in action for 3 weeks now, the courier company pleads ignorance saying it was delivered at my address and gives me a random name of a person that signed for the parcel.

ODO keeps replying with generic emails and not getting to the crux of the issue of either refunding my parcel or finding it.

This is shocking service, expected this from DPD lazer as this is not our first rodeo, but definitely did not expect this poor service from OnedayOnly.
