Second hand products sold as new.

In the first week of December I bought and paid for an item at OneDayOnly. On 5th December my product arrived. On opening the package I found the seal was broken and the item inside was scratched - quite clearly second hand. To date, and many, many e-mails later, I have had NO JOY in getting a replacement item. These people hide behind their website and email addresses, refuse to give a phone number where you can call them and pass the buck from one person to another. To date I have spoken to no less that six different people, try to get this sorted. It seems as though OneDayOnly have NO INTENTION of sorting out my problem and are waiting for me to just give up. What they don't know, is that I am a tenacious person and won't give up. I'll become the thorn in their side until I get what I believe I am owed; a new, unused product, for which I paid.
