Sadly disappointed in after sales service

<p>I ordered a product. IT was not clearly visible that the product was for iPhones and not androids. When I recieved it and realised it was wrong they wouldn;t exchange and and now I have to pay to have it returned. This really is bad service. TIA I guess</p>
