Rovos Rail Dinner

<p>I recently purchased a Rovos Rail dinner voucher as a Valentines Gift to my In Laws from OneDayOnly. I received regular feedback asking for dietary requirements, explaining the agenda for the night and instructions for arrival. On saturday night the 10 Feb (night of dinner), my inlaws arrived at the Pta Station only to be told that Rovos Rail was not paid and there will be no dinner. My in laws after dressing up and changing plans to make this dinner had to go home. You can only imagine how angry I was. I got a phone call from OneDayOnly apologising profusively on Sunday. I was promised an email informing me of refund procedures. On Monday afternoon i received an email once again apologising but no money has been refunded even though i explained that I needed that money to purchase something else for Valentines day which has now come and gone. The dinner cost just under R5,000. Its NOT CHEAP. Thouroughly shocked and disgusted with OneDayOnly. I buy so many vouchers from them but not again. They cannot be trusted</p> <p> </p>
