<p>on the 06 Dec I paid R603 to one day only. I even got the confirmation from them saying all was good and parcel would arrive 10 days later. Which taking into consideration public holidays and weekends I should have got the parcel on the 21/22 Dec. So when it never arrived I sent an enquiry via there website (NO TELEPHONE NUMBERS) on the 28th- and again yesterday 04th Jan. I have not had any response whatsover which i find totally appalling.</p> <p>I want anwers now!!</p> <p>- why does no one reply to enquries</p> <p>- where is my pacel?</p> <p>- why dont you have any contact teephone numbers</p> <p>- I WANT A FULL REFUND</p> <p> </p> <p>never using you again</p> <p>thanks for the most terrible service ever</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
